The Roof & Wall Doctor is a member of The Master Builders Association and The Master Painters Association. We are Licenced with The Painters Registration Board, Licence No:- 4146.
The Roof & Wall Doctor is the holder of a Class III Work Safe Demolition Licence, No:- 0037. This Licence covers the removal of Asbestos and its safe disposal.
The Company is fully insured with Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurance, and offers a full range of Guarantees.
The Roof & Wall Doctor, has pre-qualified at Level 0, under the Department of Housing & Works, Builders pre-qualification scheme. We have also been accepted for the pre-qualification panel for the Department of Housing & Works, public works and building services.
Recently The Roof & Wall Doctor had the honour of being awarded two Royal Australian Institute of Architects Heritage Council Conservation Awards, for our work as the nominated sub-contractor to clean and restore the exterior brick work of the Perth Town Hall, and strip and restore tuck pointing to Niana Homestead in Shelly.
In addition we received a third Heritage award from the Institute for the restoration works carried out, as Head Contractor, over a five year period to the Monsignor Cyril John Hawes, “Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church, Mullewa”. This project was entered by Architect John Taylor, in a National competition, along with 800 other entries, and subsequently won first prize awarded by The Royal Australian Institute of Architect’s, throughout Australia.
